Wat is er beter dan dit? Ik ben vandaag op de markt geweest en heb daar heerlijk Mediteraans eten gekocht, waarmee ik zojuist lekker heb gekookt.<\/p>\n<p>Je vraagt je misschien af hoe ik hier op dit terras in Sorrento terecht ben gekomen? Ik ben een student aan de Italiaanse taalschool van Sorrento. De studenten leren hier niet alleen de taal. De school weet dat de taal pas echt tot leven komt wanneer de studenten kunnen voelen, proeven en horen buiten het klaslokaal! De gastronomische ervaring is slechts een van de vele tours die de school voor de studenten organiseert. Als je er ooit komt, mis het niet!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De ochtend begon met een bezoek aan een boerderij waar we met een warm welkom door de eigenaar (die toevallig ook een van Sorrento\u2019s beste kok\u2019s is!) werden ontvangen. Na een heerlijke fruit cocktail gingen we naar de keuken, een prachtige keuken. Er waren een hoop details van terracotta en keramiek en een grote houtoven die gebruikt wordt om de beste pizza\u2019s ter wereld te bakken.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pic-box alignleft wp-image-642 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.applelanguages.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/sorrento3_21_10_08.jpg\" alt=\"sorrento3_21_10_08\" width=\"250\" height=\"158\" \/>De eigenaar liet ons allemaal onze handen wassen en daarna was het tijd om de kunst van het pizza bakken onder de knie te krijgen, samen met heerlijke groenteschotels en een geweldig nagerecht met citroen! Citroenen zijn ook deel van het landschap van Sorrento en als je nog nooit Limoncello geproeft hebt \u2013 de likeur die gemaakt wordt van citroenen in deze regio \u2013 dan moet je dit echt een keer proberen, het is hemels!<\/p>\n<p>Dit deel van Itali\u00eb heft zoveel te bieden en het is de perfecte plek om de taal te leren, zoveel culturele en gastronomische hoogstandjes zijn te vinden op slechts een steenworp afstand; Pompeii, Capri, Ischia, Napels, fantastische restaurants, stranden, kooklessen muziekale evenementen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.applelanguages.nl\/nl\/leren\/italiaans\/italie\/sorrento.php\">De school<\/a> heeft me geholpen om helemaal ondergedompeld te worden in de cultuur en deze ook echt te gaan waarderen.
